• Technical consultation and material estimation

All services are subject to availability and our standard terms and conditions of sale.

User Obligations

Orders and Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your order confirmation. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first.

You must inspect all goods upon delivery and notify us of any defects or discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect your right to claim for such defects.

Intellectual Property

All content on the TrustedMinders website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TrustedMinders or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

The TrustedMinders name and logo are trademarks of TrustedMinders SARL. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of our materials or services, except as required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations and warranty claims.
